Thank you for your purchase and for supporting original art. Each piece in my collection is created or curated with care, and I want you to feel confident in your order.

Because of the nature of fine art, all sales are final. Please review the details below for clarity.

Original Paintings & Limited Edition Prints

All original paintings and limited edition prints are final sale.

Each piece is carefully inspected, documented, and packaged using archival materials to ensure safe delivery.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me at maihamric@gmail.com within 5 business days of delivery.

Include your order number, photos of the packaging and artwork, and a brief description of the issue.

I will work with you to arrange a replacement (if available) or a resolution on a case-by-case basis.

Open Edition Prints

Open edition prints are fulfilled through a professional fine art printer and shipped directly to you.

Because these are printed on demand, all sales are final.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 5 business days of delivery with photos and details so we can assist you.

Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned pieces are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable.

A 50% deposit is required to begin, and the remaining balance is due upon final approval before shipping.

Throughout the process, you will receive progress updates for review. Once final approval is given and the sealing process begins, no changes can be made.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 business days.

I will help file a claim with the carrier and assist with next steps.
